Chibi tutorial

Heya! wanted a chibi tutorial featuring Hinata and (since I do anything he tells me to XD) here it is!!

I could have done more, but the day I was making it our electricity service was cut out! (fixing some lights poles meh.) so I was stranded with little battery on my laptop. ;__;
